Home Care Services

Nursing Services
Services are completed by a registered nurse, and may include the following tasks:

• Dressing changes, giving medications and injections, catheter care
• Instructing you or your family about your health care needs or diet
• Monitoring changes in your health and reporting these changes to your physician

Personal Care Assistant
Staff works under the supervision of a registered nurse. This may include any of the following:

• Assistance with personal cares such as bathing, dressing and grooming
• Exercise
• Diet and nutrition
• Skin care
• Medication reminders

Respite Care
Respite care can be provided on a daily or hourly basis.

Homemaker Services
Staff will complete household chores for you, such as:

• Housekeeping
• Shopping
• Meal preparation
• Laundry
