Services are provided by licensed nurses, and may include the following:

• Dressing changes, giving medications and injections, catheter care
• Instructing you or your family about your health care needs
• Monitoring changes in your health and reporting these changes to your physician

Personal Care Assistant
Staff works under the supervision of a qualified professional. Services may include the following:

• Assistance with personal cares such as bathing, dressing and grooming
• Exercise
• Diet and nutrition
• Skin care
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation
• Assist to medical appointments
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
